Updates to the Australian Immunisation Handbook

The CEO of the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) has approved amendments to the Australian Immunisation Handbook 10th Edition under section 14A of the National Health and Medical Research Council Act 1992.
The Australian Immunisation Handbook provides clinical information for Australian immunisation providers on the safest and most effective use of vaccines, new vaccines and vaccine-preventable diseases in Australia. The major amendment relates to updated recommendations for human papillomavirus vaccination.
The revised Australian Immunisation Handbook 10th Edition is available on the Immunise Australia website.
