GP Practical Dermoscopy Course

Practical Dermoscopy, a new course for GPs developed and delivered by the Australasian College of Dermatologists

Practical Dermoscopy consists of six online modules, a virtual outpatients’ clinic and a one-day face-to-face workshop.

Registrations are now open for 2018.

We will be running three cohorts of the Practical Dermoscopy course in 2018. Numbers in each cohort are strictly limited. Register now to secure your place.

Course fees

One low course fee includes access to all components of the course (access to the online learning modules, access to daily cases in the virtual clinic and participation in the one-day face-to-face workshop).

  • GPs $1500
  • GP registrars $1350
  • Nurse practitioners $1350
  • Other trainees and registrars $1350

PRPD/QI&CPD points

Completion of this course will result in 30 PRPD points with ACRRM and 40 Category 1 QI&CPD points with RACGP

Face-to-face workshop

The face-to-face workshop will be held in a central location. Venue TBC.

Workshop registration opens at 8:00am for an 8:30am start.
Finish at 5.00pm

Enrolment process

  1. Please complete the registration form to enrol in the Practical Dermoscopy The course is available for GPs and GP registrars. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration
  2. An invoice for the enrolment will be issued through finance@dermcoll.edu.au
  3. When we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation of enrolment email with details of how to access the course content
  4. Any queries about your enrolment can be directed to gpderm@dermcoll.edu.au
