Dr Catherine Drummond

Dr Catherine Drummond became a Fellow of The Australasian College of Dermatologists in 2004. She works in solo private practice in Canberra and Moruya (NSW south coast), and at The Skin Hospital, Darlinghurst, Sydney.

She is a medical dermatologist, with special interests in paediatric and vulval dermatology.

She is a visiting medical officer at Canberra Hospital where she conducts Outpatients Clinics in paediatric and vulval dermatology.

She is a consultant dermatologist to Winnunga Nimmityjah Aboriginal Health Service and Companion House, where she conducts general dermatology clinics.

Dr Drummond has been actively involved in training and assessment. She has most recently been Chief Examiner and Chair of National Examination Committee 2018 –2020, and prior to that State Examiner for NSW/ACT on the National Examination Committee from 2012 to 2017.

She is a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the Australian National University. She has been involved with teaching of medical students, junior doctors, and dermatology registrars.

She was previously Supervisor of Training for the College at Canberra Hospital.

She has been active in other College committees, including the Academic Standards Committee and the International Medical Graduate committee.

She has served as NSW Faculty Secretary.

She is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
